From my prespective as a Market Research Professional, they offer a service for the lazy people that don’t want to do the “roll up the sleeves” level of research. Shame on any company that does not engage a researcher, they are spending big bucks and making a big commitment to an invasive penetration of their infrastructure. Has the success rate for IAM projects gone up any? Last I heard there was a 50% failure rate.
